Attempts to explicitly add an exclusion to the Technical Health Improvement Plan by relative file path. Paths must exist in the system. CodeMRI will not attempt to validate paths, exclusions with invalid or incorrect paths will be ignored. In order to see the paths of files inside of the system, run the system files command.
usage: cmri system thip exclusion add --from-file <from file> --to-file <to file>
